Who we are and our roles

StudioFlow is operated by Code Studios Ltd in Tanzania. Code Studios generally acts as controller for registration, subscriptions, analytics, support and security. It generally acts as processor when a customer manages its own people, clients, projects, email, finance and files inside a workspace.

Data and purposes

We may process account and contact details, workspace records, commercial and production records, financial and HR records where enabled, connected email and files, integration credentials in protected form, support communications, usage events, device and security logs, and AI inputs and outputs when an AI feature is used.

We process this information to provide and secure StudioFlow, authenticate users, deliver requested functions, operate subscriptions and payments, communicate about the service, provide support, improve reliability, meet legal duties and prevent abuse. Customers select the lawful basis for data they control.

Providers and international processing

We use providers for hosting, databases, analytics, files, AI, email, payments and connected services. Some processing may occur outside Tanzania. Required contractual or regulatory transfer safeguards must be confirmed for each active data flow.

Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Requests about customer-controlled workspace data should normally go first to that customer. We may verify identity and preserve records where law requires retention.
